All data collection and remote access services are deployed on the managed appliance node. Better security for you, while still letting us support you 24x7.

Cloud Monitoring
Monitoring is extended to cloud based services via the extensive API framework of the managed appliance node. Information from cloud-based services is securely collected using vendor published management protocols.
