Account Executive

WholeStack Solutions is an IT Services organization changing the way IT is talked about while also showcasing the real value IT has to businesses. We’re looking for an energetic, passionate and determined Account Executive. As an Account Executive for WholeStack Solutions, your job is to engage with prospective clients and develop leads into revenue generating possibilities. We are looking for someone with solid business acumen and a natural curiosity; someone who has a strong desire for continual learning and growth. A candidate with background in IT recruiting and staffing would be well-suited for this role.

 

This role is for creative problem solvers. We’re still a young firm and we’re needing someone that’s OK with trial and error. Someone who’s willing to bite off more than they can chew. Someone who will help us figure it all out while still being bold enough to test and fail and go back out there to test some more.

Responsibilities: 
 

  • Using your professional network and contacts, generate leads and opportunities through outbound. This could mean using email, the phone, hitting up conferences or knocking on doors, whatever it takes to get someone to talk to you for five minutes.

  • The role may also require cold-outreach and developing new contacts and connections.

  • Work internally with sales management and marketing teams to make sure our sales process is right and help us improve support materials

  • Pipeline Management


Required Skills/Experience: 
 

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • The ability to hold a confident and controlled conversation

  • Team player and ability to work in a high energy sales environment

  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a startup environment

  • Highly motivated and ambitious

  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com helpful

 

WholeStack Solutions LLC is still young and scrappy.  So, while we don’t offer company life insurance, disability or dental insurance coverage or participate in a 401(k) plan, we do provide an additional $360 per month in taxable income which you may use for health insurance that you obtain on your own, or for any other purpose.

 

15 days of PTO will be available each year as a ‘use-it-or-lose-it’ benefit.

Account Manager

As an Account Manager for WholeStack Solutions, your job is to cultivate relationships with clients and grow share-of-wallet. You will find new opportunities within the accounts and position us as the go-to-partner for clients’ technology needs.

  • Using your relationship skills, you will maintain our near-zero customer churn, organically grow accounts and “farm” new opportunities within each account.  

  • The role will require working directly with our operations team to understand each account’s challenges (and the opportunities those challenges present). You will be responsible for translating those challenges into engagements for us.

  • Work internally with sales management and marketing teams to make sure our account management process is right and help us improve customer retention, opportunity tracking and materials needed to further grow accounts.
